Dr. Hector P. Garcia, serving as President of the American G.I. Forum, addresses the American Legion Hall in Corpus Christi about the creation of the American G.I. Forum and its purpose and suggeests that the two organizations meet to discuss veterans' problems. Dr. Garcia chastizes the American Legion for their handling of some veterans' power of attorney.
