John Young, Texas Congressman, writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia addressing the court martial of Sergeant Marciano Zuniga. Young contacted his defense counsel and ensured his trial would receive higher legal review and intends to communicate with the Commanding General at Fort Hood.
