Description
Choco Gonzales Mesa, Research Director of the Southwest Voter Registration Education Project, writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia, President of the American G.I. Forum, informing him that they received additional data about the November 7th Texas elections causing them to modify the election results reported in their study. He enclosed a more up-to-date version of the report.
