Abstract

Description

Roy Flores, First Lieutenant of the U.S.M.C.R, writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia regarding his release from flight training as an advanced student naval aviator. Flores believes there were suspicious circumstances surrounding his release including a previous case against him that was illegally conducted and asks for Garcia's help and advice. He claims to have proof that Student Pilot Disposition Board's statements were false but is unable to find anyone willing to help with his case. He hopes to meet with Dr. Garcia to discuss the case further if he is willing to help.
