Description
Felix Salazar, Jr. writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia regarding his previous interest in the vacancy in the Fifth Circuit. Because the Honorable Reynaldo Garza is being elevated to the position he will be leaving a vacancy in his previous position in the Southern District of Texas. He hopes for a recommendation The Senator Bentsen as he has served for 31 years as an active member of LULAC and understands the problems facing “nuestra gente” and the community as a whole.
