Description
Erik Ignacio Martel writes to Dolores L. Leija regarding his last tour of Texas. He describes being transferred to San Antonio where a provisional board of the institute was established after Houston, El Paso, Corpus Christi, and Laredo. He discusses several panels he considers establishing for the rest of the organization.
