Gloria Cabera, Regional Attorney, sends Texas SAC Members the latest draft of “The Undocumented in Texas” and thanks the Immigration Subcommittee for their work. Edmund S. Muskie, United States Senator, writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia thanking him for his review on funding for employment and training programs authorized under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA).
