Correspondences from Cecil E. Burney, John Tower, and J. E. Arnold. Burney writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia inviting him to a luncheon with top official of El Paso Products Company of Odessa. John Tower writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia enclosing a letter he received from J. E. Arnold in response to his inquiry of the Navy's proposal to institute a Commercial/Industrial Activities Program at NAS Chase Field.
