Description
Jane S. Fenderson, Director of Scheduling for Rosalynn Carter, writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia, Founder of the American G.I. Forum of the U.S., to confirm the phone conversation she had with his office. She expresses Mrs. Carter's appreciation of his invitation to address the National Convention but will have to decline due to having just returned from South America as will not be traveling again in August.
