Abstract
Description
Rolando L. Rios sends a memorandum regarding complaints from voters in San Patricio County to look into the County's election. The findings suggest a possible violation of the one-man one-vote rule and that it may be gerrymandered that the voting strength of the minority is diluted. William C. Velasquez sends a memorandum of the report he received regarding the situation.
