Description
Letters sent to Dr. Hector P. Garcia. The first is a handwritten letter from Verne Horsley, with an attached typed letter on the English First Amendment, and an editorial from the El Noticero for Wichita Falls, Texas, urging Dr. Garcia to oppose the English First Amendment. The second letter is from Linas Kojelis, Special Assistant to the President for Public Liaison, inviting Dr. Garcia to a White House Briefing on U.S. Policy in Central America.
