Marianna Tinoco-Rodriguez, California Women State Vice Chairperson, writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia that the State of California have given great emphasis on the Civil Rights of Mexican-American and undocumented persons. She asks him to read an article on Roy Gonzales, a Vietnam Era Veteran, and encloses some of the activities done by their office of Civil Rights.
