John E. Huerta, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Civil Rights Division, writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia, President of the American G.I. Forum U.S., regarding the Fifth Circuit's findings that the sentences imposed in the case of United States v. Denson, et al. were illegal. They state they are considering further legal proceedings regarding the matter.
