Description
Hugo Berlanga, Texas State House of Representatives, writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia informing him that Mrs. Carter will be in Harlingen on July 23rd in which she will tour the community health clinic Su Clinical Familiar. Dr. Simpson asked if Garcia would provide assistance in getting Mrs. Carter to tour the Cameron County Health Department where the Children's Heart Program is administered.
