dc.descriptionThree generations of Galvans. Rafael Sr., Ralph II and Ralph III. Ralph III tragically died at the age of 16 when he jumped into flood waters to save 14 year old Debra Jean Doughty at Lamar Park in 1968. They were both sucked against a sewer grate and drowned.
