Leopoldo Garza forward materials that may be of interest to Mr. Valdez including a copy of the address done by Valdez “Youth and the Pan-American Dream”, an Agency for International Development news article about Valdez, and “The Causes and Effects of Undocumented Worker Migration in the Western Hemisphere: The Need for a Development Solution” presented by Valdez.
