dc.description.abstract | Within the constraints of the time schedule established for its work, the BBEST was unable to reach consensus on its recommended environmental flow regime.A flow regime was presented, but it was endorsed by eight of the fifteen members of the BBEST, who have been identified as the Regime Group. The other members, who have been termed the Conditional Group, presented an alternate recommendation for instream flows and commented on an alternate recommendation for freshwater inflows. The BBEST submitted its report on time as required by the schedule, and its members have spent a great deal of time working with and responding to questions from the Stakeholder Committee since then. | en_US |
