Webster, Director of the FBI, thanking him for his support which enables the FBI to act more efficiently and hoping for continued support in the coming year, 1979. The second is from Dolph Briscoe, Governor of Texas, about his appointment to the Texas Employment Commission and apologizing that he was unable to nominate the candidate Garcia recommended.
