dc.descriptionHugo Berlanga, Texas State House of Representatives, writes to Dean H. Vickers responding to their previous conversation and correspondence regarding the eligibility standards for the tax exemption provided disabled persons. The Attorney General issued an Opinion that the intended definition was for the Federal Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance Program. He relays that the Legal Division in the Comptroller's Office should come out with a report within one to two weeks.
