Dr. Jean Richardson, President of Del Mar College, writes to the Honorable Dolph Briscoe, Governor of Texas, concerning the Career Mobility Section of the two-year nursing program and the controversy surrounding the decision to split up the program. Richardson asks for Briscoe to review the potential inequity of representation.
