Description
Several correspondences. Amador C. Garcia writes to Delmar H. Nichols expressing his dissatisfaction of the latter's shallow reasoning recommendation. Van D. Booth and Paul A. Bowles write to the Chief, National Guard Bureau regarding a promotion of an officer of the Army National Guard of the United States. Dr. Hector P. Garcia writes to Delmar Nichols regarding the small number of Mexican Americans promoted to higher grades. Delmar Nichols responds to Dr. Hector P. Garcia regarding to promotion of Amador C. Garcia.
