Abstract

Description

Ricardo E. Perez writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia regarding Garcia's participation in a delegation of Hispanics to meet with President Carter and expresses his disappointment that Postmaster-General William Bolger is not among those to hear the lack of Hispanic representation in high government jobs. He admires the ways in which the black community has achieved representation though he does not agree with all of their methods. He attaches a list of U.S. Postal Officers in Washington and that none are Hispanic.
