Abstract
Description
Drew S. Days, III, Assistant Attorney General Civil Rights Division, writes to Dr. Hector P. Garcia, Founder of the American G.I. Forum, about the re-sentencing of defendants in United States v. Denson, et al. There is nothing further that the Department can do because the Government has very little authority to challenge a sentence imposed by a District Court Judge.
